ICG Assistant Commandant Recruitment 2024 : The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) has released a recruitment notification for various Assistant Commandant posts under the 2025 Batch. A total of 70 vacancies are to be filled in different disciplines, including General Duty (GD), Technical (Mechanical), and Technical (Electrical/Electronics). ICG Assistant Commandant Eligibility
- General Duty (GD): Candidates should hold a degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. Mathematics and Physics should be subjects up to Intermediate or class XII of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equivalent, with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics. Candidates who have completed graduation after a diploma are also eligible, provided they have an aggregate of 55% marks in the diploma with physics and mathematics in its curriculum.

ICG Assistant Commandant Application Fee
- All candidates (except SC/ST candidates, who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 300/- through online mode.

- The promotions to the ranks will be as per the laid down promotion criteria. The pay scales for various ranks as per the 7th CPC are mentioned in the notification.
