RRB stands for Railway Recruitment Board, it comes under the authority of the central government. It is the only exam conducting body that conducts the Railway Group D exam every year. ## RRB Group D- Computer Based Test (CBT)

All the candidates who want to appear for the Railway Group D Exam must check the Railway Group D Exam Pattern. Candidates must qualify in the computer-based test (CBT) to get select for the next stage of the exam.

- The computer-based exam consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- There are a total of 100 questions in the exam, each question consisting of 1 mark.
- The question paper will be conducted in 15 languages, candidates can give an exam in their regional language.
- The total time duration of the exam is 90 minutes and it is 120 minutes for PWD candidates.
- There is a negative marking of 1/3 mark for every wrong answer.

## RRB Group D Physical Efficiency Test

Physical Efficiency Test (PET), which is the second stage of the exam is qualifying in nature. Candidates who will get qualified in the computer-based test are called for the PET. Go through the table below to know the criteria for the Physical Efficiency Test.

## RRB Group D Document Verification (DV)

On the basis of the performance of candidates in the CBT and physical efficiency test, candidates will be called for the document verification process.

- Shortlisted candidates need to produce a NOC from the employer on the day of final selection.
- Signatures of the candidates on all the documents should be identical, either in English or Hindi.
- The candidate’s signature should match with the signature on their 10th official certificate.
- The final selection of the candidates will be based on CBT, PET, and Document Verification.
